Southwest Building Solutions in Arizona is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for high-ticket B2C sales. This role is built for closers who want uncapped income and the backing of a proven brand, with a $50,000 base salary.

You will convert inbound leads, conduct site visits, present customized solutions, and manage your pipeline using HubSpot while coordinating with internal teams to move projects from sale to build.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2C or high-ticket consumer sales.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and closing skills.
• Comfortable selling custom solutions with longer sales cycles.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Arizona.
• Construction or home services sales experience is a plus.
