Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Technician for High Throughput Screening to support R&D Laboratory Automation. You will perform hands-on lab work, run analytical tests, support automation systems, and assist with basic coding for workflows.

You will maintain inventories, help optimize processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable rapid screening and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced research environment.

Qualifications

Associate degree or Bachelor7s in science with relevant experience.
Experience in analytical chemistry and compound management is preferred.
Experience with data analysis and programming concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the R&D Compound Management function through daily laboratory and inventory operations
Perform inventory management, GC-MS analysis, and automated liquid handling activities
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date databases and records
Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to understand and support project needs
Program, operate, and troubleshoot automated liquid handling systems
