Job summary

TALENT Software Services in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a High Throughput Process Development Scientist to execute HTPD experiments using BSL-1/BSL-2 agents with automated platforms. You will maintain lab automation equipment such as Tecan and Hamilton, perform assays, prepare reagents, and report data to client staff.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in biology or related field with 1+ year of lab experience, aseptic techniques, and strong data recording.

Qualifications

• BS in biology or related field required.
• At least 1 year of general lab experience.
• Aseptic and cell culture experience preferred.
• Strong data recording and GMP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Execute high throughput process development experiments with BSL-1 and BSL-2 agents and viruses.
• Operate and maintain lab automation equipment (Tecan, Hamilton).
• Perform analytical testing (cell-based assays, biochemical testing, and/or HPLC).
• Prepare laboratory reagents, solutions and culture media.
• Analyze, collate, track, and report data to client staff members.
• Maintain records and test results following GMP.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Document work clearly and perform tests accurately.
• Communicate effectively with client staff members.
