Pro-Active Engineering, Inc. invites a detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our Sun Prairie team for Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in managing materials and logistics for high-tech electronics production.

Responsibilities include assisting procurement, coordinating with vendors, supporting inventory control and ERP data cleanup, and contributing to cost and process improvements while developing professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in supply chain or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement of components and materials for PCBA production.
• Coordinate vendor pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Support inventory control, materials planning, and shortage mitigation.
• Analyze supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with ERP updates, BOM validations, and data cleanup.
• Support logistics coordination and material tracking.
