Job Juncture is recruiting a mid-level Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate Attorney in Texas for a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). The role focuses on high-stakes financial disputes, including corporate debt restructurings and related litigation, within a nationally integrated AmLaw 100 firm.

The candidate should have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, an active Texas bar in good standing, and 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a top firm, with exposure to

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or similarly sophisticated law firm.
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of complex litigation, including drafting legal documents, conducting discovery and depositions, preparing for trial, and participating in motions practice.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums.
• Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other substantive court filings.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions, briefs, and memoranda.
