  • JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
  • Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
  • 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or similarly sophisticated law firm.
  • Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of complex litigation, including drafting legal documents, conducting discovery and depositions, preparing for trial, and participating in motions practice.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums.
  • Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings.
  • Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other substantive court filings.
  • Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
  • Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions, briefs, and memoranda.

A leading AmLaw 100 international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated Finance & Restructuring Practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes financial disputes, representing clients in complex matters involving commercial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation. Candidate Profile

  • JDfrom an ABA-accredited law schoolwith anexcellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing
  • 3–5 years of substantivelitigationexperience at anAmLaw 100 firm or similarly sophisticated law firm preferred
  • Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums

  • Competitive Salary:Annual salary range of$180,000– $300,000, as determined by experience and market factors
