Keystone Distinction Group in Dallas, TX seeks a mid-level Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate Attorney to join a nationally integrated AmLaw 100 firm. The role offers exposure to high-stakes financial disputes, commercial transactions, and restructuring-related litigation within a sophisticated team.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or similarly sophisticated law firm.
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation.
• Ability to manage all phases of complex litigation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and advocacy abilities.
• Proven capacity to collaborate across offices and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums.
• Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit through trial and post-trial.
• Develop and execute case strategies, including discovery planning and implementation.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other court filings.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions, briefs, memoranda.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, client meetings, and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy.
• Provide clients with timely, practical, and strategic litigation advice.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on excellence and innovation.
