You will collaborate with module directors, item writers, and staff to build blueprints and balanced assessments. Responsibilities include managing NBME CAS and internal item banks, ensuring alignment with LCME accreditation and

Competenze

• Master's degree required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience required.
• Experience with item banking systems, computer-based testing software, or assessment platforms.

Mansioni

• Assemble, format, and publish 42 exams across 7 pre-clerkship modules (NBME customized, faculty-developed, and NBME practice).
• Design, review, and finalize test blueprints to align with learning objectives and accreditation.
• Manage item banking software and platform interfaces, ensuring metadata tagging and answer key accuracy.
• Oversee exam review workflows and post-exam scoring analyses.
• Standardize SOPs for blueprinting and question selection; monitor student performance metrics.
