You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and performance across fiber, IP/MPLS, radio, CCTV, and cybersecurity interfaces, coordinating with signaling, traction power, SCADA, and maintenance teams. The role requires a bachelor's in Electrical/Telecoms or related field with 10+ years of rail communications project

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related field, or demonstrable on-the-job work experience.
• Minimum of ten (10) years delivering telecommunications, operational communications, or rail systems projects.

Aufgaben

• Oversee delivery of communications systems from design through handover.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contractor performance for comms work packages.
• Coordinate with signaling, traction power, SCADA, stations, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Oversee suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers.
• Coordinate FCC licensing, frequency coordination, spectrum allocation, interference analysis, and coverage validation.
• Lead test planning, commissioning procedures, and integrated testing strategies across multiple systems.
