Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with practical experience.
• Two years of PCB hardware design, schematic capture, and layout oversight.
• Experience with EDA tools and lab bring-up equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-complexity PCBA characterization boards and lab test rigs for SerDes validation.
• Own end-to-end board hardware development including component selection, schematic capture, stackup, and routing constraints.
• Collaborate with SI/PI teams to optimize high-frequency trace routing and PDN performance to mm-wave frequencies.
• Manage fabrication and assembly with partners, driving DFM/DFA reviews and issue resolution.
• Perform initial hardware bring-up, power sequencing verification, and fixture characterization with VNAs and TDRs.
