Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Packaging and Utility Associate for a 12-hour day shift in Maryland Heights, MO (63043). The role involves loading, packaging, line feeding, and quality checks on automated systems with fully paid training and breaks. Weekly pay and benefits are available.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a steady 2 days on / 2 days off pattern. Competitive pay up to $19/hour, with paid breaks and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and understand English for safety and instructions.
• Steel-toed boots are required on the production floor.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-noise industrial environment.
• Willingness to remain on-site for the entire 12-hour shift.
• Reliable attendance and transportation to Maryland Heights, MO.

Responsibilities

• Box Assembly & Line Feed: Construct boxes and stage on conveyor lines for robots.
• Manual Packaging: Pack bottles into boxes and move products along lines.
• Conveyor Line Monitoring: Keep lines moving, clear minor jams and ensure flow.
• Quality Inspection: Visually check bottles, labels, and packaging for defects.
• Workstation Sanitation: Keep packaging areas clean and hazard-free.
