Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing work history.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist regularly.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to fulfill work orders for packaging products.
• Read work orders, load/changeover machinery, and keep lines running smoothly.
• Monitor quality and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
