Job summary

PAC, a leading packaging company, is seeking a Machine Operator for the Converting Department in Phoenix. You will learn to operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to fulfill high‑quality packaging orders for PAC customers worldwide.

You will read work orders, load and changeover equipment, and work with Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to keep lines running smoothly, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to fulfill work orders for PAC customers worldwide.
• Read and interpret work orders, load and changeover machinery, and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Develop expertise in operating and maintaining PAC machinery.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to keep lines running smoothly.
