Job summary

Billtrust is seeking a Print Operator to run high-speed laser printers and inserting equipment, processing invoices and statements for accurate, on-time mailing. You’ll follow SOPs, operate mail insertion gear, and ensure quality output on a production floor.

Ideal candidates bring a strong work ethic, basic PC skills, and readiness to lift up to 60 lbs with occasional driving responsibilities as needed. This role emphasizes reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires punctuality and strong work ethic in a production setting.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Basic computer skills to process jobs and operate printers.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed laser printers and automated insertion equipment to print and process invoices and statements on schedule.
• Prepare completed mail jobs for entry into the USPS following postal procedures.
• Follow SOPs for setup, operation, and completion to ensure high-quality output.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals and SLAs.
