Job summary

RRD is seeking a production operator in St. Charles, IL to run high-speed inserting machines, set up equipment, and monitor operations during the 6AM–6PM shift (Thursday, Friday & Saturday).

You will adjust machines for each job, ensure smooth runs, and perform routine tolerances.Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, good eye–hand coordination, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to job requirements.
• Routine adjustments are typically required and readily apparent.
• Must have good eye-hand coordination and strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate high speed inserting machines for letters, booklets, or similar print material.
• Set up and adjust the equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Oversee production and make adjustments as necessary.
