FURLANI FOODS, LLC in Oak Creek, WI invites you to lead night-shift performance on two high-speed lines with a 58–62 person team. You will drive OEE, quality, and safety through Lean and continuous improvement while partnering with QA, Warehousing, Sanitation, and Maintenance.

The role emphasizes GMP, SQF, and HACCP compliance, coaching associates in problem-solving, and enabling a Zero Loss Mindset and 100% employee engagement on a modern bakery floor.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in manufacturing supervision with a hands-on, solution-first approach.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma methods.
• Strong leadership and team development capability.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Unwavering commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production and packaging to meet plan and elevate throughput.
• Implement Lean tools to remove bottlenecks and reduce downtime.
• Model and enforce GMP, SQF, and HACCP standards.
