Job summary

Furlani Foods, LLC in Oak Creek, WI, seeks a High-Speed Packaging Equipment Operator (Mechanically Inclined) to operate and set up high-speed packaging lines. Qualifications

• 1–2 years in manufacturing (high-speed packaging preferred).

• Familiarity with high-speed machinery and basic maintenance tools.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and change over high-speed packaging and production equipment.

You’ll complete changeovers with precision, dial in equipment for optimal performance, and keep a watchful eye on quality and throughput. When a minor mechanical hiccup appears, you’ll troubleshoot quickly—adjusting, cleaning, lubricating, and repairing as needed—and loop in Maintenance for anything complex.Collaboration is constant. You’ll partner with the Packaging Lead and Maintenance Team to raise the bar on reliability and efficiency.
