Job summary

IMMEDIATE MAILING SERVICES INC is seeking a Digital Print Operator in Syracuse, NY. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with non-exempt status and shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

You will set up, operate, and maintain high-speed digital printing equipment and collaborate with prepress and finishing teams to meet production schedules. The position requires strong attention to detail, basic troubleshooting, and proficiency with printing software.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow print specifications.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for digital print machinery.
Proficiency in using printing software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain digital print production equipment, ensuring output meets quality standards.
Review job orders and specifications to determine printing requirements and production schedules.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printers to minimize downtime.
Monitor print output for accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality.
Work closely with the prepress and finishing teams to coordinate job completion.
