Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is hiring for a production operator in Nashville, TN. You will operate and monitor the production line to ensure efficient, continuous flow, move materials as needed, and support quality checks throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift 20–45 lb repeatedly.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods; may involve bending and crouching.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment for efficiency.
• Move raw materials and finished products to support line flow.
• Perform quality checks and address defects to maintain product integrity.
• Complete changeovers and perform basic troubleshooting to keep lines running.
• Maintain downtime records and clean work areas before/after shifts.
