Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Production Machine Operator B to join our manufacturing team in North Carolina. The role involves operating high-speed production equipment, monitoring quality, and supporting continuous improvement on the line.

You will work the 1st shift, 6:00am–3:00pm, Monday through Saturday, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 months of manufacturing experience, and the ability to work with Allen

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum three months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and multi-task.
• Must be able to interface with Allen Bradley PLC controllers and touch screens.
• Candidate must be able to work the stated shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all product flow on the line.
• Ensures comprehensive product quality throughout production.
• Operates and interprets data from computer screens and HMIs.
• Supports OEE functions on the line and makes adjustments as needed.
• Maintains a clean work area and equipment.
• Completes line inspections and reports via computers/tablets.
• Assists with line changeovers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
