Job summary

CAEP in Montgomery, AL is seeking a lifeguard to ensure patron safety at our aquatic facilities. You will supervise swimmers, enforce rules, and prevent emergencies through vigilant observation.

You will provide first aid, CPR, and rescue assistance when needed, maintain clean facilities, and inspect equipment to keep the environment safe for all visitors. Flexibility for weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong swimmer with lifeguard training.
• Capable of quick, calm emergency response.
• Experience supervising swimmers and enforcing rules.
