Winterset CSD is seeking an Athletic Coach (High School Wrestling Cheer Coach) to lead student athletes in developing sport skills and sportsmanship. You will guide practices, foster teamwork, and build self-esteem while upholding district values and policies.
Responsibilities include organizing practice schedules, maintaining professional conduct, and communicating needs to supervision. A valid state coaching certificate and high school diploma are required.

TITLE: High School Wrestling Cheer Coach
DEPARTMENT: High School Athletics
REPORTS TO: Activities Directory
RECEIVES GUIDANCE FROM: Activities Director, Building Principal, and Other Coaches
BASIC FUNCTION: Ensure each participating student athlete acquires the knowledge of skills and fundamentals of the sport, acquire an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship, teamwork, and an increased level of self-esteem.
Demonstrated Experience or is Willing to Acquire the Following Skills:
Wage and work year to be established in accordance with provisions of the Comprehensive Agreement.
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Comprehensive Agreement.
Bending, carrying, climbing, travel between job sites, lifting, pushing-pulling, reaching, sitting, standing, and walking
Includes extremes of temperature and humidity. Hazards include stairs and communicable diseases.
