Job summary

Athletic Supplemental is seeking a qualified High School Wrestling Assistant Coach to support the Pottsgrove High School program in Pottstown, PA. You will assist the head coach in all facets of the program, with an emphasis on development, teamwork, and competitive integrity.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of wrestling coaching experience, a solid understanding of PIAA regulations, and a background in interscholastic athletics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching wrestling (high school preferred).
• Comprehensive understanding of PIAA rules, eligibility criteria, and Pioneer Athletic Conference guidelines.
• Prior experience coaching interscholastic sports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of the high school wrestling program, including practice planning and game strategy.
• Maintain adherence to all district, PIAA, and PAC policies and guidelines.
• Foster student-athlete academic success, sportsmanship, discipline, and leadership.
