Ideal candidates will have high school wrestling coaching experience, knowledge of weight certification, and partnerships with Track Wrestling. Clearances, physicals, and TB tests are required for employment.

Qualifications

• High school coaching or wrestling coaching experience is required.
• Knowledge of wrestling weight certification; Track Wrestling operations preferred.
• Work with middle school wrestling program with offseason training and camps (Trojan of Tomorrow).
• Acts 34, 114 and 151 clearances, physical exam and TB test (within 1 year) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inaugural girls wrestling program for the 2026-2027 school year.
• Collaborate with the boys program to ensure overall program success.
• Coordinate with middle school program and offseason training/camps.
• Ensure safety and compliance across all wrestling activities.

Job Description

We are looking for a coaching candidate to get in on the ground floor of a new high school girls wrestling program. This upcoming school year will be the inagural season for the girls program, but we have had a history of female wrestlers participating in our wrestling program already.

Requirements

• High school coaching and/or Wrestling coaching experiencerequired
• Knowledge of wrestling weight certification, Track Wrestling operations preferred
• Work with middle school wrestling program with off season training and Trojans of Tomorrow Sports Camps
• Work directly with boys program to ensure that the Pottstown Wrestling Program is successful
• Acts 34, 114 and 151 clearances, physical exam and TB test (all less than one year old) required for employment.

Position is for the 2026-2027 school year.
