Uncommon Schools is seeking a high school Visual Arts Teacher to lead art courses across multiple mediums, helping students develop portfolios and critical visual literacy. You will design developmentally appropriate lessons, assess progress, and align with standards while fostering an inclusive, collaborative classroom culture.

You will work closely with families and engage in ongoing professional development to improve instruction and student outcomes in an urban NJ setting.

• Assess student progress with formative and summative methods.
