Qualifications

• Experience teaching high school visual arts or a strong background as a visual artist.
• Proficiency with ceramics: firing kilns, hand building, wheel throwing, glazing.

Responsibilities

• Instruct ceramics and studio techniques, including safe kiln operation.
• Teach textiles: basic hand- and machine-sewing for fashion and 3D design projects.
• Maintain a safe studio environment and manage equipment, inventory and cleanliness.
• Assess student work, track grades and attendance, and support an inclusive classroom.
