Key Responsibilities
For Front of House (FOH) Team Members:
- Greet and Interact with Guests:Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests with a friendly smile and helping them with their orders.
- Maintain a Clean and Welcoming Dining Area:Ensure tables, chairs, and dining areas are tidy and well‑kept throughout the shift.
- Work with Team Members:Collaborate with other team members to deliver a smooth, efficient service and create a positive experience for each guest.
- Provide Exceptional Service:Assist with refreshes on beverages, answer guest questions, and make sure everyone has a great experience.
For Back of House (BOH) Team Members (must be 16 or older):
- Assist with Food Preparation:Help prepare food in the kitchen by following Chick-fil-A’s high standards for food quality and cleanliness.
- Ensure Cleanliness:Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including wiping down surfaces, sanitizing utensils, and ensuring food safety.
- Support Team Efficiency:Help team members during peak hours to ensure food is prepared quickly and efficiently.
- Follow Food Safety Standards:Always ensure that food preparation and kitchen operations meet safety and sanitation guidelines.
