Acceleration Academies is seeking certified Teachers in Miami Gardens, Florida to empower students who have disengaged from traditional schooling.

Teachers will deliver personalized instruction, guide students toward graduation, and operate primarily through individualized coaching.

Ideal candidates hold a valid teaching certification in Math, English, and related fields, possess 2+ years teaching experience, and demonstrate strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Valid state teaching certification for grades 6–12 or 9–12 in Math, English/ELA, Social Studies, Special Education, or Science.
• 2+ years of teaching experience (high school preferred).
• Experience working in non‑traditional or at‑risk youth settings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver competency‑based content and support personalized learning.
• Monitor attendance and academic progress to ensure student engagement.
• Plan and deliver content‑area instruction in both individual and small group settings.
