Qualifications

• Ability to teach and delegate responsibility to students.
• Educational technology or online teaching experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Superior organizational and record-keeping skills
• Collaborate with field and corporate staff to implement the educational program
• Ability to work under pressure with courtesy and professionalism
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Effective written and verbal communication with students, parents, co-workers
• Working knowledge of MS Office and database management

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in multiple subjects using various teaching methods and materials.
• Prepare outlines for course of study following curriculum guidelines.
• Assist students in selecting courses of study.
• Counsel students in adjustment and academic issues.
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and teacher training workshops.
• Meet with students and parents to discuss progress.
• Administer tests and record results.
• Maintain attendance records and transcripts.
• Assist with state-mandated testing.
• Maintain a clean, inviting learning center.
• Assist with administrative functions and digital teaching programs.
