Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ASEP certification required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Criminal Justice Fingerprinting Clearance.
• First Aid Card.
• Bloodborne Pathogen Training.
• Experience in coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with practice coordination.
• Analyze, demonstrate and explain basic skills and strategies to players.
• Enforce program policies and suggest changes to administrators.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents and staff.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; ensure safety and order.
• Supervise site operations and staff records for the program.
• Attend to attendance and behaviors to maintain a productive environment.
