Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 48 college hours with 2 years of teaching experience.
• Active Tennessee state licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate and coordinate with the instructor to assist daily lesson plans.
• Aid in preparing materials for projects, including art and science.
• Provide individual assistance to children in small groups to ensure concept understanding.
• Adhere to school rules and policies.
• Ensure student safety in the classroom, on field trips, and on campus.
• Assist teachers in reviewing, grading and recording homework and tests.
• Monitor and assess student progress and identify those needing extra guidance.
