• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Service, Psychology, or a related field and 3 years of urban educational support experience.
• Experience with group facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered by HR.

Responsibilities

• Develops inclusive strategies to address student achievement and attendance.
• Collaborates with administrators, staff, parents, students, and community providers to plan procedures and agreements.
• Administers school success programs to improve learning environments and goals.
• Defines roles of school staff to improve student success and performance.
• Identifies staff development needs and facilitates programs to improve effectiveness.
• Evaluates students using assessment tools and provides guidance.
