This leadership position requires a Bachelor’s degree, a valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, and management experience. The director will oversee academic and operational programs, set student achievement standards, and foster collaboration among staff, students, and families. Qualifications

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Years of experience in a management or leadership position.
• Experience in an educational setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define responsibilities and accountability of staff members.
• Evaluate student progress in instructional programs.
• Set and enforce standards for student achievement.
• Create a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Oversee programs and activities to meet objectives.
• Manage student enrollment processes.
• Ensure standards of student behavior and discipline.
• Work with teachers to improve teaching practices.
• Recruit and hire school staff.
• Serve as liaison among teachers, parents, and community.
