Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher to provide in-person services in the Resource setting for grades 7–12 at a charter school. The role covers the current school year with hourly pay of $42–$46.

Arizona teaching certification is required; applicants must have or obtain professional liability insurance and will join a collaborative account team to support students, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Arizona certification is required to teach in Arizona
• Must provide or willing to obtain professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Implement specially designed instruction to drive student achievement
• Monitor progress and adjust instruction based on data
• Establish a positive, structured, achievement-focused classroom
• Support students, families, and general education staff
• Mentor students in self-regulation and organization
• Develop effective IEPs translating to measurable results
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings
