Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (SPED) to join our school-based team in Appleton, Wisconsin for the 2026–2027 school year.

The role focuses on individualized instruction, IEP development and implementation, case management, evaluations, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators, families, and the multidisciplinary team. On-site, with guaranteed hours and a supportive district and TheraPeds partnership.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s in Special Education and Wisconsin SPED certification.
• Experience with IEP development and implementation.
• Strong collaboration with families, educators, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs.
• Provide individualized SPED instruction.
• Manage caseload and coordinate services.
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring.
• Prepare progress reports and records.
