Qualifications

• Four years' experience in a high school setting (9-12).
• Experience delivering services, accommodations, monitoring progress, and case management for students within a high school setting.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and PPT meetings.

Responsibilities

• Case manage assigned students and oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of their IEPs.
• Plan and deliver instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics using accommodations aligned to IEP goals.
• Collaborate with academic and trade instructors to co-plan lessons that support differentiated instruction for all learners.
• Maintain accurate and compliant special education records.
• Facilitate PPT meetings and document student progress and needs.
• Design, administer, and report triennial evaluations using multiple assessment methods.
• Support behavioral programming with data for FBA and BIP.
• Create a structured, positive classroom environment promoting safety and workforce readiness.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
