Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of athletic policies approved by the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation.
• Interpret state and league regulations for staff and correct channels.
• Train and inform staff; supervise and evaluate assistants.
• Maintain discipline and morale; perform duties assigned by athletic director/principal.
• Assist head coach with scheduling, transportation, and event preparation.
• Mentor athletes to develop character, academics and sportsmanship.
