Job summary

Greenfield-Central Community School Corporation is seeking an Assistant Coach reporting to the Head Coach and Athletic Director. Responsibilities include planning practices, developing schedules, and assisting in the management of the athletics program for the school year and summer sessions.

The role requires proven coaching experience at the high school level, collaboration with families and staff, and a valid Indiana teaching license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Successful coaching experience at the high school level preferred.
• Experience working with student-athletes, parents, coaches and administration.
• Valid Indiana teaching license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, supervise, and assist in administering the athletics program.
• Plan, coordinate practices and seasonal schedules with Head Coach and Athletic Director.
• Perform administrative duties and ensure compliance with IHSAA rules.
• Oversee equipment, facilities, and program evaluations.
• Promote the sport within the school and community while maintaining discipline.
