Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License with Social Worker endorsement.
• SPED background preferred.
• Willingness to fulfill district credentialing and contract requirements prior to start date.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted mental health and social-emotional interventions for high school students on IEPs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and monitor individualized services
• Document interventions, progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Support students’ academic and personal growth through advocacy and counseling
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
