Job summary

Soliant is partnering with a Bakersfield, CA high school district to recruit a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract through the remainder of the school year. The role focuses on evaluating and supporting students with speech-language needs within the educational setting. Applicants may be ASHA-certified or CFY candidates.

Qualifications

• CA SLP license or California Credential from CTC required.
• ASHA-certified candidates or CFY considered.
• Prior schools experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct informal and standardized speech-language assessments.
• Update progress reports to reflect IEP goals progress.
• Write reports based on evaluation results per mandates.
• Develop IEP goals with District staff and families.
• Present evaluation reports and IEP goals at meetings.
• Supervise Clinical Fellows, interns, and SLPAs when needed.
