Torrington Public Schools seeks a High School Science teacher (Chemistry) at Torrington High School to deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction for grades 9-12. Applicants must hold or be eligible for a Connecticut teaching certificate with a CT Science endorsement; chemistry and/or biology endorsements are preferred.

The teacher will design and implement laboratory experiences, assess student learning, and foster inquiry, critical thinking, and real-world application of science concepts

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for a Connecticut teaching certificate for grades 9-12 science.
• Endorsements in Chemistry and/or Biology preferred.
