Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff.
• Experience in robotics, STEM, or activity sponsorship is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing, supervising, and administering the robotics program.
• Recruit, supervise, and mentor student participants.
• Plan and conduct practices, meetings, workshops, and competition prep.
• Provide instruction in engineering design, programming, robot construction, testing, and strategy.
• Promote teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and ethical conduct.
• Supervise students during practices, travel, and competitions.
• Coordinate participation in robotics events and community outreach.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and governing organization rules.
• Maintain inventory and assist with program budgeting and expenditures.
• Communicate schedules, expectations, and activities with stakeholders.
• Monitor student eligibility and support academic success.
• Attend sponsor meetings, trainings, and competitions.
