Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oklahoma as required.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred.
• Associate degree or diploma in nursing with ongoing progress toward BSN, with minimum ongoing hours.
• If no BSN, develop plan to obtain it with yearly progress.
• Possible pursuit of master's in nursing with a formal plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, lab, and clinical instruction for HS Practical Nursing.
• Maintain attendance, progress, and performance records for each student.
• Update curriculum and instructional materials to stay current with nursing practice.
• Coordinate with campus directors for discipline, recruitment, and student placement.
• Assist in job placement of graduates and manage class/lab environments.
• Uphold professional ethics and follow district policies.
