Job summary

Indian Capital Technology Center seeks a Practical Nursing Instructor to lead the High School Nursing program across ICTC campuses. You will deliver classroom and clinical instruction, ensuring labs, projects, and evaluations meet district standards.

The ideal candidate holds an Oklahoma RN license (unencumbered) with progress toward a BSN; Master’s in Nursing preferred. Administrative collaboration and occasional travel between Muskogee, Sallisaw, or Tahlequah campuses are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires Oklahoma RN licensure and rules compliance.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred; pursuing BSN encouraged.
• Evidence of continued progress toward a baccalaureate in nursing with yearly hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate HS Nursing (Practical Nursing) Program per district/campus standards.
• Provide classroom/clinical instruction for labs and projects.
• Deliver clear, organized instruction to diverse learners.
• Prepare and review course outlines, lesson plans, materials.
• Evaluate instruction and student progress; adjust as needed.
• Instruct on ICTC campuses as directed by directors.
• Collaborate with Campus Directors on discipline and recruitment.
• Define short- and long-range educational needs.
• Maintain a positive classroom/lab environment; manage attendance.
