Responsibilities

• Assist in the direction of school instrumental performers (marching band, concert band, ensembles).
• Assist in establishing performance requirements and verifying student eligibility.
• Coordinate participation in concerts, football games, UIL activities, and out-of-town events.
• Assist in arranging transportation, lodging and meals for out-of-town trips.
• Comply with UIL, state policies and district policies in the band area.
• Support band booster club activities.
• Use evaluative findings to improve program effectiveness.
