Job summary

Libertas Memphis is seeking a High School Operations Manager to plan and support non-academic systems as Libertas expands to a new high school site opening in 2027. This role will learn our systems during planning year and support startup.

This full-time position focuses on coordinating on-site operations, vendor relations, logistics, safety, transportation, and student/ family events, with opportunities for professional growth within Libertas programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in school or nonprofit operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Administration: serve as day-to-day on-site contact for campus operations and coordinate help desk requests.
• Procurement: plan and purchase goods/services per policies and monitor inventory.
• Logistics: create clear plans for arrival/dismissal, parking, events, field trips, and tests.
• Technology: coordinate with IT for devices, access, and basic support.
• Facilities: liaise with custodians and vendors; perform light maintenance as needed.
• Safety: assist with safety plan, drills, and coordination with first responders.
• Transportation: plan daily bus service with provider.
• Nutrition: coordinate with nutrition services for food distribution and events.
• Other duties as assigned.
