Job summary

Pennington Park Church is seeking a High School Director/Pastor to lead the 9th-12th grade ministry, partnering with the Family Ministries Pastor and Intermediate Coordinator/Director to equip students and volunteers.

This full-time role requires a strong spiritual leader with Bible-based teaching, proven mentoring ability, and a drive to advance the church’s mission to know Jesus and make Him known.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of youth/ministry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead High School Ministry programming and events for 9th–12th grade.
• Teach and disciple students; build relationships for spiritual growth.
• Develop curriculum pathways aligned with the church’s mission.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders for the HS ministry.
• Partner with Family Ministry Pastor and Intermediate Coordinator/Director.
