Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid North Carolina Professional Educator's License issued by the NCDPI.
• Be a qualified teacher in the United States (or in the process of becoming one).
• Be a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education or approved educator preparation program.
• Have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university.
• Knowledgeable about high school mathematics, accounting, and statistics.
• AP/IB experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide private in-home tutoring for high school math and related subjects.
• Develop customized learning plans aligned with NC standards and student needs.
• Offer remedial and enrichment opportunities to challenge or support students.
• Collaborate with parents to report progress, struggles, and successes.
