Prep Academy Tutors is seeking energetic high school science educators to join our in-home tutoring team in North Carolina. We value enthusiasm, dedication to student success, and commitment to excellence in personalized learning experiences.

Qualified candidates hold or are pursuing a North Carolina Professional Educator's License, with background in high school science and a desire to empower students through customized plans and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a current, valid North Carolina Professional Educator's License or be on the path to one.
• US-based qualified teacher status is acceptable.
• Current teacher candidates pursuing a Bachelor of Education or approved educator preparation program are welcome.
• Experience as a lecturer or course instructor at a university is a plus.
• Knowledge of high school science is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or local tutoring to high school students across science subjects.
• Develop and implement customized learning plans aligned with standards.
• Provide remedial and enrichment opportunities to support varying student needs.
• Collaborate with parents to monitor progress and communicate outcomes.
