Lake Chelan High School is seeking a knowledgeable, student-centered Mathematics Teacher for a non-continuing position for the remainder of the 2026–27 school year. The candidate will teach Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II, aligning with district sequences and exploring connections across courses.

The successful candidate will use differentiated instruction, formatively assess progress, and provide timely feedback while collaborating with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State teaching certificate with a mathematics endorsement.
• Ability to teach Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II.
• Knowledge of Washington State standards and practices.
• Assess student understanding with evidence to guide instruction.
• Strong classroom management, organization, and communication.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and support staff.

Responsibilities
